What is reaction time test?
This test measures how quickly you respond to a visual signal. The panel turns red ("wait") for a random interval, then flips to green — click (or press space) the instant it does. Five rounds produce a per-trial list, and the median is your score, which filters out one lucky or unlucky round.
The delay before green is randomized between 1 and 4 seconds so you cannot anticipate the signal — anticipating is what "too soon" detects, and that round gets retried.
For reference: visual reaction time for most adults lands around 200-300 ms, with roughly 250 ms as the commonly cited average. Gamers and pilots often train into the low 200s.
