EMV TLV Parser — EMVCo merchant-presented QR codes — the same document used for PIX, QRIS, PromptPay, DuitNow, VietQR, BharatQR, and most national QR-payment schemes — encode every field as a TLV triple: 2 hex digits of tag, 2 hex digits of length, then the value. Tags can nest, and a high bit on the first tag digit marks a constructed (nested) tag like 26 or 62.
Parsing runs entirely in your browser using local JavaScript. The QR payload never leaves your device.

This parser walks the payload character by character and returns a readable tree. Use it to debug a payment integrator, sanity-check a QR you scanned, or reverse-engineer an unknown merchant payload. Parsing happens entirely in your browser — useful for production data, not just synthetic test values.
