## About

Crop the visible region of every PDF page — useful for trimming margins, isolating a chart, or resizing a scanned page. Specify the crop rectangle in PDF points (1 point = 1/72 inch).

The crop is lossless: original page content is preserved, only the visible region changes. Resetting the crop restores the original page.

## How to use

1. **Pick pages** — All pages, or specific ones (1, 3, 5).
2. **Set crop rectangle** — Origin (x, y), width, and height in PDF points. The page is 612 × 792 points (US Letter) by default.
3. **Apply** — The cropped PDF is ready to download.

## FAQ

### What is a PDF point?

PDF points are 1/72 of an inch. A US Letter page is 612 × 792 points. To remove 1 inch of margin on all sides, set x = 72, y = 72, width = 468, height = 648.

### Does cropping delete content or just hide it?

PDF CropBox just changes which region is visible — the underlying content outside the crop region is preserved (and recoverable by clearing the crop).

### Will the crop hold up when printed?

Yes. Most modern PDF readers and print drivers respect the CropBox and only render the cropped region, so the printed output matches what you see on screen.
